My wife and I recently relocated from San Antonio, TX to the north Dallas area.  While planning the move, a family member told me about a realtor, Scott Watson from Keller Williams Realty.  He provided Scott my email address and phone number.  Scott contacted me and emailed me a list of properties to review before we arrived. 
 
After arriving in the area we selected a number of properties to visit.  Each time we wanted to see a property Scott was available to make the arrangement for us to see it and he showed up when he said he would to take us to visit the property. 
 
While waiting to close, Scott sent us reminders of things we needed to do so there wouldn't be any surprises at closing.  The closing could not have gone any smother.

I relocated out of state about 2 years ago.  I purchased a new home in my new location and placed my home on the market.  After more than 1 year of the home being on the market, I became desperate and chose to lease the home to help offset the losses I was incurring.  During the term of the lease, I lost my tenants.  I chose to list my house for sale once again, even in a bad market.  In search of a realtor, my family persuaded me to list it with GroupWatson who they used for a previous purchase.  I was second guessing the suggestion as GroupWatson is not located in the area where I was selling.  After further consideration and speaking with Tammy, I was convinced that if anyone could sell the house it would be GroupWatson.  Lo and behold, 2 months into the listing the house is behind me!  I am so thankful and grateful for all of the hard work that was put into ridding me of the burden.  I often thought that it would just be a part of my life for the rest of my life but thanks to GroupWatson I am
